Copyright Infringement Notification Procedures
1. DMCA Compliance
ProxyWeb respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). We respond promptly to legitimate copyright infringement notices.
2. Filing a DMCA Notice
To submit a copyright infringement notification, please include:
- Physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner
- Description of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
- Description of where the infringing material is located
- Your contact information (address, phone number, email)
- Statement of good faith belief in infringement
- Statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury
3. Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of removed content
- Statement under penalty of perjury
- Consent to local federal court jurisdiction

5. Repeat Infringers
